Winthrop Area Clinic offers community education
NEW ULM, Minn 02/11/2008--Residents of Winthrop and surrounding communities are invited to a free health education seminar Friday, March 14 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Winthrop Vets Club, 106 North Renville Street.
Michelle Owens, a certified family nurse practitioner at the Winthrop Area Clinic, will discuss healthy lifestyles, staying well in the final weeks of the cold and flu season, preparing for the allergy season, and explaining what services are offered at the Winthrop Area Clinic.
Refreshments will be served and attendees will receive a small gift.
