Allina’s Mercy Hospital presents Healthy Shopping Made Easy

10/12/2009--Learn how to choose foods for good health and become a savvy shopper Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Mercy Hospital’s Heart and Vascular Center.

Presented by Mercy Hospital cardiac rehabilitation, Metro Cardiology and the Alliance for Heart Failure Patients, this free workshop is dedicated to making healthy shopping easier. A registered dietitian will teach participants about how to choose foods healthy foods, how to read and understand food labels and strategies for savvy shopping.
